Matias Black from the Dealer Services team has been nominated by Kevin Portugue for exemplifying the Outsell Values TEAMWORK, INITIATIVE, and CUSTOMER.

 

“Matias recently worked with Insights, Data Operations, and others to come up with a process to establish DMS streaming with customers or to have them opted out if no connection has been made. He took the initiative when he was handling the DMS data for all customers this past quarter. He and the other teams linked up to get guidelines in place for future on-boarding and current dealers. This helps customers see their ROI and the benefits to the program. It also helps the Client Engagement Team when they have program overviews with dealers. This is a huge obstacle we have overcome and I am glad to see a process in place.” – Kevin Portugue
